Our Programs

Children's Taekwondo

Our Children's Taekwondo program is designed to teach children ages 4-7 the fundamentals of martial arts in a fun and safe environment. Our experienced instructor promotes discipline, focus, and respect while guiding children through a fun and enjoyable Taekwondo class experience designed to improve their mobility, body awareness, and self-confidence.

Junior's Taekwondo

The Junior's Taekwondo program is tailored for children ages 8-12. These classes build upon the fundamentals learned in the children's classes while maintaining the fun and safe environment. Taekwondo for this age group includes additional curriculum and training methods appropriate for youth students. The Five Tenets of Taekwondo (courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control, and indomitable spirit) are taught in greater depth while guiding older kids through an enjoyable and engaging Taekwondo training program designed to  improve their physical fitness and self-confidence.

Adult Taekwondo

Our Adult Taekwondo classes are designed to teach teens and adults ages 13+. These classes incorporate all of the techniques and skills of the previous programs and build upon them by incorporating more advanced curriculum and training methods appropriate for ages teen and up.  Our experienced instructor promotes discipline, focus, and respect while taking teens and adults through a fun and challenging Taekwondo program designed to  improve their physical fitness, and self-confidence, and through which to achieve their goals.

Self-Defense

Our self-defense classes are perfect for teen and adult students of all levels. Whether you're a beginner or experienced practitioner, our classes will help you improve your skills and sharpen your technique. Our instructor will teach you the techniques, strategies, and mindset needed to succeed.

Our Facility

The dojang is spit into two main areas: the training floor, and the gym. The training area is matted and designed for martial arts practice while the gym floor is cement and is used for weight training.


Our training area is equipped with mats, standing heavy bags, kicking targets and shields, and more to cover all your taekwondo training needs!
